Helen Whately has been the Conservative Member of Parliament for Faversham and Mid Kent since 2015. She is currently the Shadow Secretary of State for Work and Pensions and has previously served as a Minister in the Department of Health and DCMS, as well as being the Exchequer Secretary to the Treasury from 2021 to 2022. In the past, Helen has also been the Shadow Secretary of State for Transport in the Department for Transport, and Vice-Chair then Deputy Chair of the Conservative Party.
